How long does it take to start treatment at Omni?

Admission timelines will vary depending on a number of factors, such as your availability, medical records review, and/or insurance authorization requirements. We do our best to get you started as soon as possible.

What levels of care are offered at Omni?

Omni offers outpatient-only services. As of March 1, 2024, Omni no longer offers IOP or PHP services for the treatment of eating disorders.

What is the average length of stay at Omni?

Duration of outpatient services will vary and is based on your needs. Length of stay is dependent on a number of factors, such as frequency/duration/severity of behaviors, progress made in services, and/or weight restoration needs.

Is Omni able to work with special dietary needs, such as vegan, vegetarian, lactose intolerance, gluten-free, allergies, etc.?

Yes! We work with individuals with all types of eating patterns and preferences. Whether you are a practicing vegan or vegetarian, or have intolerances, allergies, or special dietary needs, we are here to help. We will coordinate with your medical provider if needed to best support you.

Do you accept insurance?

We are credentialed with many different insurance plans. We also accept payment via check, cash, or Health Savings Accounts. We are happy to set up a payment plan if we are out of network with your insurance plan.

What can I expect if I attend treatment with Omni?

Making changes to behaviors and digging deep to uncover your thoughts and beliefs is tough work. You will be challenged here! You’ll be trying new things, developing healthy coping skills, and learning a lot about yourself. But you will do so in a warm, caring, and supportive environment. Despite the challenge, recovery is worth it!

Why should I choose Omni?

Omni accepts NE Medicaid, as well as most major insurances for our services. We offer mental health therapy, nutrition counseling, groups and courses, and medical management services; plus, we offer flexible scheduling in order to best fit your needs. We utilize a “whole person” perspective when treating individuals with eating disorders and believe doing so is crucial to achieving lasting recovery. We have two therapists, a dietitian, and an APRN all in one location to provide you with care.
