Admission timelines will vary depending on a number of factors, such as your availability, medical records review, and/or insurance authorization requirements. We do our best to get you started as soon as possible.
Omni offers outpatient, IOP, and PHP services.
Many individuals are able to continue attending school or going to work while attending our program. We offer flexible program times that include evenings and weekends and will work with you to accommodate your schedule if possible.
Individuals attending PHP or IOP services typically attend for a minimum of 4-8 weeks. Length of stay is dependent on a number of factors, such as frequency/duration/severity of behaviors, progress made in program, and/or weight restoration needs.
Yes! Omni is excited to be able to offer housing for individuals attending PHP services. Our quiet and comfortable property is fully furnished, affordable, and close by our eating disorder clinic.
Omni will accommodate vegan and vegetarian diets. We will also accommodate food allergies, intolerances, and other special dietary needs, with appropriate documentation from your doctor.
We are credentialed with many different insurance plans. We also accept payment via check, cash, or Health Savings Accounts. We are happy to set up a payment plan if we are out of network with your insurance plan.
Making changes to behaviors and digging deep to uncover your thoughts and beliefs is tough work. You will be challenged here! You’ll be trying new things, developing healthy coping skills, and learning a lot about yourself. But you will do so in a warm, caring, and supportive environment. Despite the challenge, recovery is worth it!
Omni accepts IA and NE Medicaid, as well as most major insurances for our services. We are open evenings and weekends and offer flexible scheduling in order to best fit your needs. We also offer the only Partial-Hospitalization program for adults with eating disorders in the state of Nebraska. We utilize a “whole person” perspective when treating individuals with eating disorders and believe doing so is crucial to achieving lasting recovery.
