Services We Provide
Who do we treat?
Treatment is available for adolescents and adults, and all genders, who are diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge-Eating Disorder, other subclinical eating disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health conditions. All treatment plans are individualized.
Where are the services provided?
Our clinic is located in Omaha, NE and offers a unique and comfortable home-like setting for individuals attending day services and outpatient services. To assist with the generalization of healthy behaviors outside of the clinic setting, outpatient services can also be provided in the individual’s home.
To meet the needs of our clients, we are continuing to offer virtual PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. Clients receiving virtual services will receive the same evidence-based services that are delivered on-site, including individual and group therapy, therapeutic meal times, nutrition sessions, and weekly sessions with our APRN. All virtual services will be offered using a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.*
*Availability of virtual services is dependent upon insurance and licensure requirements.

Outpatient Mental Health Therapy
Outpatient sessions are cognitive-behavioral in nature, and are scheduled as needed to assist individuals in developing new coping mechanisms, addressing underlying core issues that contribute to disordered eating, increasing social supports, and completing other goals as appropriate. Individuals will work with their therapist to achieve a healthier, more balanced relationship with food and exercise, implement new, positive behaviors, and achieve a healthy body image. Mental health therapy services can be provided in office, at home, or virtually.
Outpatient Nutrition Therapy
Nutrition therapy with our registered dietitian can assist individuals with implementing an appropriate and balanced meal plan, practicing meal prep and cooking skills, learning about food safety, and challenging food myths and fears. Sessions will also provide education regarding nutrition, food groups, and effects from being over- or under-nourished. Lifestyle and food preferences are taken into consideration to create an effective and realistic plan. Sessions are tailored to meet the needs of the individual. All nutrition information provided is based on current research and is consistent with the recommendations of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, American Heart Association and American Diabetes Association. Nutrition sessions can be provided in office, at home, or virtually.
