Services We Provide

Who do we treat?

Treatment is available for adolescents and adults, and all genders, who are diagnosed with Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge-Eating Disorder, other subclinical eating disorders, as well as other co-occurring mental health conditions. All treatment plans are individualized.

Where are the services provided?

All services are offered in-person at the Omni Nutrition & Wellness Center or via telehealth*. All virtual services will be offered using a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Additionally, to assist with the generalization of healthy behaviors outside of the clinic setting, some outpatient services can also be provided in the individual’s home.

*Availability of virtual services is dependent upon insurance and licensure requirements.

What services do we offer?

Mental Health Therapy

Outpatient sessions are cognitive-behavioral in nature, and are scheduled as needed to assist individuals in developing new coping mechanisms, addressing underlying core issues that contribute to disordered eating, increasing social supports, and completing other goals as appropriate. Individuals will work with their therapist to achieve a healthier, more balanced relationship with food and exercise, implement new, positive behaviors, and achieve a healthy body image. Mental health therapy services can be provided in office, at home, or virtually.

Nutrition Counseling

Nutrition therapy with our registered dietitian can assist individuals with implementing an appropriate and balanced meal plan, practicing meal prep and cooking skills, learning about food safety, and challenging food myths and fears. Sessions will also provide education regarding nutrition, food groups, and effects from being over- or under-nourished. Lifestyle and food preferences are taken into consideration to create an effective and realistic plan. Sessions are tailored to meet the needs of the individual. All nutrition information provided is based on current research and is consistent with the recommendations of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, American Heart Association and American Diabetes Association. Nutrition sessions can be provided in office, at home, or virtually.

Medical Evaluation and Treatment

The Omni Nutrition & Wellness Center is thrilled to be able to offer medical evaluation and treatment services! Whether you are looking to establish care with a new primary care provider, have labs drawn, or want to discuss medication options, we can help! Our APRN, Laura Loewens, is available and accepting new clients at this time. Laura is compassionate and caring and will take the time to listen to your concerns and help you develop a treatment plan to promote improved health and wellness.

Mental Health & Nutrition Groups

The Omni Nutrition & Wellness Center offers a variety of groups and courses focused on mental health and nutrition. Our goal is to help individuals connect with others who share similar challenges, learn new skills, explore thoughts and feelings, and cultivate improved overall well-being in a safe and supportive space.

Group details:

Groups are self-pay only and can be paid with cash, check, or your HSA.

Participants are not required to attend all classes included in a course, although you are recommended to do so to experience the full benefit from the course.

All individuals must have an outpatient therapist in place. If you do not already have an outpatient therapist, we would be happy to schedule you for an intake assessment and follow-up services with an Omni therapist.
