Dena Siedenburg RN, BSN is a Nebraska native.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology at Concordia College in Seward, NE in 1996.  Dena attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2000.  Dena has close to 15 years of experience in the Intensive Care Unit field.  She changed her scope of practice and moved to the Behavioral Health field and took a position at Great Plains Mental Health Associates in November 2018.  She served as their Clinical Supervisor and held that position until taking over as the Director of Nursing at Omni Inventive Care on March 2, 2020.  She has written many COVID-19 Protocols and is the main author of the Omni COVID-19 Playbook.  Dena advocated for Omni Inventive Care to make it possible for the organization to begin the COVID-19 Vaccination process for employees, clients, and support staff at the end of December 2020.  She is a Panel Presenter for the Child Welfare League of America 2021 Virtual Conference:  Lessons Learned from 2020:  Reaching New Heights for Children & Families.
