Andrea has worked in the mental health field since 2014 where she started working with at-risk children and adolescents in residential and shelter settings as a youth specialist.  Andrea completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln in 2016. Andrea continued on to earn her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2018 from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln where she gained experience working with couples, families, and adults with major mental health issues. Andrea has been employed with Omni since 2018 and began working as a therapist in several community-based programs, including Intensive Family Preservation (IFP), Community-Based Alternative to Residential Services (CBAR), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Home-Based Therapy (HBT).

Andrea is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is currently an Intensive In-Home Supervisor and Therapist for Omni’s Lincoln office location, providing active therapeutic intervention and guidance to the teams in assessing risk and developing intervention plans for the families being served.
