Taylor has worked in the mental health field since 2018; she began at Omni working as a residential support specialist in our residential group homes working with adults with developmental disabilities and other mental health diagnoses. She completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2019 from the University of Nebraska- Omaha. She continued as a specialist at Omni before moving into the Residential Coordinator role where she assisted and worked with all aspects of the client’s treatment team and continued support for the clients residing in our community-based group homes. In 2022, Taylor transitioned into her role as the Director of Residential Services where she provides oversight and support to individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, mental health diagnosis, and high behavioral health needs. She uses functional behavioral assessments and continuous habilitation programming to help aid the transition for clients from institutions to community-based care within our group homes and vocational services program. Taylor is currently in school earning her master’s degree in social work from The Ohio State University.
