Shannon Sieck is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2003 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2007 with a Master’s in both Social Work and Public Administration. Shannon has worked in a variety of professional positions within the child welfare and developmental disability fields. Shannon has worked with children, adolescents, and adults with major mental health issues, cognitive limitations, and severe behavioral problems. Shannon started as a Residential Mental Health Specialist for Omni in 2004 and has excelled to currently providing clinical oversight and administrative supervision to the Residential Mental Health Specialists as the Clinical Director of the Seward Family Support Center, a Therapeutic Group Home for adolescents ages 14-18.
