Ashlee earned her Bachelor’s degree in 2003 from Creighton University and started working at Omni as a Community Treatment Aide. She has worked in several programs throughout Omni including Residential (teens and adults), Community Based Alternative to Residential, Eating Disorder Clinic, and Intensive Treatment Mobility Services. She is completing the dual licensure Master’s program at the University of Nebraska Omaha which will include her LMHP and BCBA. Ashlee is the Director of Director of Substitute Care for both the Developmentally Disabled and Mental Health populations. She utilizes functional behavior assessments to transition clients with dual diagnoses from institutions to community-based care.
